We’re Ant & Ross, a dynamic couple from North Wales with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Over the past three years, we’ve worked in the UHNW (ultra-high-net-worth) hospitality sector, managing and maintaining both large and small properties across the UK and the French Alps.

In the last two years, we’ve focused on the private sector, honing our skills in discretion, professionalism, and flexibility. We understand that a fast-paced lifestyle often means plans can change at a moment’s notice, and we pride ourselves on adapting seamlessly to meet our clients’ needs.

Ant

Brought up in a foodie household, Ant’s love for food started from an early age, leading her to train as a chef for two years before spending five years cooking in restaurants across North Wales, specializing as a dessert chef. Her passion for flavors and beverages grew as she discovered the wine industry, going on to manage an independent wine and craft beer shop while achieving her WSET Level 3 award in wines.

Ant is your go-to expert for any food or wine-related queries and tastings. Alongside her culinary expertise, she has extensive experience in housekeeping, maintaining high standards across properties, and is a hands-on gardener with a love for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Ross

Ross is the brains and organiser of our operation, bringing structure, strategy, and a passion for excellence to everything we do. With a lifelong love of the outdoors, he knows all the best places to visit and explore in North Wales—and beyond.

After qualifying as a ski instructor straight out of school, Ross pursued a career in education and continues to work part-time as an educator while also coaching cycling. These experiences have made him highly adaptable and skilled at guiding teams and projects efficiently. He is building his own property portfolio across the UK and Europe, giving him first-hand insight into what it takes to care for a home with the same attention and respect as if it were his own.
